Is there a way to boost scores/ranking of domains versus fully filtering only "includes_domains"?

I want to have search with “include_domains” that get a higher ranking score on results, but doesn’t only filter for results with these domains.

Currently, this functionality is not available — the include_domains parameter is used for filtering, not for boosting the ranking score of results.
