I’m using my google account(mail: wkojier@gmail.com) to login originally, it’s working fine till today I chose to log in and found that I needed to scan a QR code. After entering the corresponding content, it kept showing an error, preventing me from logging in. Multiple attempts to log in or refresh did not resolve the issue. I can’t manage my tavily account anymore.
